The Platform is owned by p2p Overseas Consultants Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 206, 2nd Floor, Ratna Complex Beside Images Hospital, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad-500073, Telangana, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

1. Scope of Services
P2P Overseas agrees to provide the following services to the Student:
- 1.1 Counseling and Guidance: Counseling on study opportunities in public universities in Europe.
- 1.2 University Shortlisting: Shortlisting and finalizing universities and programs based on the Student's preferences and qualifications.
- 1.3 Application Preparation: Preparing and submitting applications to the shortlisted universities.
- 1.4 Documentation Assistance: Assisting with supporting documents, including SOPs, LORs, and application forms.
- 1.5 Liaison Services: Liaising with universities and guiding the Student until admission is secured.
- 1.6 Visa Assistance: Providing step-by-step guidance on the visa application process.
- 1.7 Post-Landing Services: Offering guidance and basic support post-arrival in the destination country.
2. Exclusivity Clause
- 2.1 The Student agrees not to apply through any other agent for the same universities during the agreement period.
- 2.2 The Student must not submit applications independently for universities processed by P2P Overseas.
- 2.3 Violation Consequences: Any violation will result in a penalty and possible legal action.
3. Payment Terms
- 3.1 No Upfront Fees: No upfront charges for services.
- 3.2 Processing Fee: Payable upon securing admission to a public university in Europe.
- 3.3 Payment Deadline: Within 7 days of receiving the admission letter.
- 3.4 Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to pay may result in legal action.
4. Student Obligations
- 4.1 The Student confirms voluntary selection of universities with P2P Overseas.
- 4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions: No withdrawal after securing admission without fulfilling payment obligations.
- 4.3 Cooperation: The Student must provide accurate documents to avoid delays.
5. Breach of Agreement
- 5.1 Applying through another agent may result in application cancellation and legal action.
- 5.2 Non-Payment of Fees: Failure to pay may lead to legal proceedings.
6. Legal Compliance
- 6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by Indian law.
- 6.2 Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Additional Information:
- The contents of the Platform are proprietary to us and licensed to us.
- Unauthorized use of the Platform may lead to legal action.
- You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, governed by their respective terms.
- You agree to indemnify the Platform Owner against claims arising from your breach of these terms.
- Force majeure events may excuse performance under these Terms.
- These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
