Refund and Cancellation Policy

At P2P Overseas Consultants Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing clarity and transparency in our refund and cancellation policies. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for services availed through our platform. Please read the following carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Cancellation Policy

• 1.1. Registration Fee:
  • Cancellations must be requested within 1 day of payment to be eligible for consideration.
  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if:
    • The service has already been initiated (e.g., application submissions, document processing).
    • Any actions requiring third-party involvement have begun, such as communicating with universities or institutions abroad.
• 1.2. Application, Courier, and Processing Fees:
  • Once paid, application fees, courier charges, and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

• 2.1. Refund Process:
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds are subject to a detailed review and approval process by P2P Overseas.
• 2.2. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Fees remitted for services such as application processing, counseling, and documentation are not refundable.
• 2.3. GST Payment:
  • 18% GST charged on services as per Indian government regulations is non-refundable.

3. Visa Guidance Terms

• 3.1. While P2P Overseas provides comprehensive visa guidance as part of our services:
  • The final decision regarding visa issuance rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
  • P2P Overseas does not guarantee visa approval and is not liable for visa rejections.

4. Dispute Resolution

• 4.1. Any disputes arising from cancellations, refunds, or services provided by P2P Overseas will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hyderabad judiciary.
